2. Purpose of CleanLog
CleanLog is an operational knowledge database for professional laser cleaning users. It allows registered machine users to save and search practical cleaning records, including machine type, F-theta optic, categories, photos, optional video and comments.
3. Data we process
CleanLog is designed to avoid unnecessary personal data. The system may process:
- machine serial number,
- machine type,
- comment language,
- technical cleaning records and categories,
- photos and optional video uploaded by the user,
- free text comments entered by the user,
- optional Project / Customer field visible only to the entry author and administrator,
- technical login token stored on the user device,
- IP address and browser/device user-agent for security, abuse prevention, audit, incident investigation and legal compliance purposes,
- legal acceptance records for Terms, Privacy and Disclaimer acknowledgement,
- timestamps, audit logs and administrative actions.
4. No account by email
CleanLog does not require a personal email address for normal user login. Access is based on machine serial number and machine type.
5. Legal basis
Processing is performed for the operation of the CleanLog service, access control, security, audit purposes and provision of the shared operational knowledge system. Where legally required, user consent is requested during registration.
6. Visibility of records
- Technical records may be visible to other approved CleanLog users.
- The Project / Customer field is private and visible only to the entry author and administrator.
- The administrator can access and edit records for support, audit and system maintenance purposes.
7. Shared links
Users may create share links for selected records. A shared link may be accessible without login to anyone who receives the link. Shared links do not include the private Project / Customer field. Users create and send share links at their own responsibility.
8. Storage period
Records are stored as long as they are useful for operational, support, audit or service purposes, unless deletion or anonymisation is required by law or by a justified request. Deleted records may be soft-deleted first and retained in administrative records for audit and recovery purposes.
9. Security logs and IP addresses
CleanLog may store IP addresses, browser/device user-agent information and timestamps related to registration, login, record upload, sharing, reporting and administrative actions. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, incident investigation, audit, legal compliance and cooperation with competent authorities where legally required.
CleanLog does not use these technical logs for advertising tracking or marketing profiling.
10. Cookies and local storage
CleanLog uses strictly necessary technical storage only, such as login tokens, session cookies and local draft storage required for the app to function. These are used for login, security, draft saving and operational functionality.
11. User rights
Where applicable under data protection law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or information about their data by contacting: info@pulsar-laser.com
12. Security
CleanLog uses access control, administrative approval, device blocking, audit logs and technical safeguards to protect the system. Users must protect their device and serial number from unauthorised use.
13. Changes
This Privacy Notice may be updated when CleanLog functionality, legal requirements or operational needs change.
