Rules for using CleanLog

1. Operator

2. Purpose of the service

CleanLog is a practical operational tool for saving and searching laser cleaning settings, photos, comments and related cleaning experience. It is intended for professional users of PULSAR LASER Family and LCCN network machines.

3. Access

  • Access is based on machine serial number and machine type.
  • New devices may require administrator approval before use.
  • The operator may block access completely if necessary.
  • Users must not share access in a way that compromises the system.

4. User responsibilities

4A. Professional use only

CleanLog is intended only for professional users of industrial laser cleaning systems. Industrial laser cleaning machines are typically Class 4 laser systems and require professional training, risk assessment, appropriate PPE and safe operating procedures.

4B. Confidential and protected information

4B-1. Personal data and GDPR responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos, videos, comments and records do not unlawfully contain personal data, vehicle registration numbers, customer identities, addresses, confidential documents or other protected information. Where necessary, users must anonymise or remove such information before upload.

Users must not upload confidential customer information, protected industrial processes, trade secrets, NDA-protected information or restricted technical documentation unless they are fully authorised to do so.

4C. Uploaded content and usage rights

Users confirm that they have the legal right and authorisation to upload photos, videos, comments and other materials entered into CleanLog. Responsibility for uploaded and shared content remains fully with the user and owner/operator of the machine associated with the serial number used to create the record.

By uploading content, the user grants CleanLog the right to store, process, display and technically distribute the content within the CleanLog system and related operational functions.

The operator of CleanLog does not independently verify ownership, legality, confidentiality, export-control status, GDPR compliance or intellectual-property status of uploaded materials.

4D. Export control and dual-use responsibility

Industrial laser cleaning systems may fall within regulations related to dual-use technologies, export control or restricted industrial applications under applicable European Union or international regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded information, technical settings, photos, videos or operational data do not violate applicable export control, sanctions or dual-use regulations.

4E. Moderation and administrative rights

The operator of CleanLog may remove, edit, restrict or block records, uploaded content or device access when necessary for security, legal compliance, operational integrity or system maintenance purposes.

4F. Shared operational knowledge

CleanLog functions as a shared operational knowledge system. Users voluntarily share operational records, settings, comments, photos, videos and related experience without any claim for financial compensation, royalties, licensing fees, commissions or other remuneration from the operator of CleanLog, other users of the system or network members.

The user retains ownership of their original uploaded content where applicable, but grants CleanLog a permanent, non-exclusive right to store, display, process, organise and use the content within the operation, support, development and functionality of the CleanLog platform and related network activities.

By uploading content into CleanLog, the user confirms that they do not expect compensation, payment or future claims related to the operational use, viewing or internal sharing of such content within the CleanLog ecosystem.

Users are responsible for:

  • entering accurate and useful cleaning records,
  • uploading appropriate photos and videos,
  • not entering confidential third-party information unless authorised,
  • using shared settings carefully and professionally,
  • following all safety rules for Class 4 laser operation, training, PPE and local workplace requirements.

5. Content and know-how sharing

By saving a record in CleanLog, the user understands that the technical cleaning record may become part of the shared operational knowledge database visible to approved CleanLog users, except for private fields explicitly marked as private.

6. Private Project / Customer field

The Project / Customer field is optional and private. It is visible only to the author of the record and administrator. It may be used for LCCN audit and operational support purposes.

7. Shared links

Users may create share links for selected records. Users are responsible for whom they send the link to. The operator is not responsible for further distribution of a link by the recipient.

8. Prohibited use

Users must not use CleanLog to upload or distribute:

  • illegal content,
  • personal data without a valid reason,
  • confidential customer information without authorisation,
  • unsafe instructions that contradict laser safety rules,
  • content unrelated to professional laser cleaning work.

9. Platform function

CleanLog functions as a shared operational database and communication tool. The existence of a record in CleanLog does not represent certification, approval, warranty or operational instruction from the platform operator.

10. Availability

CleanLog is provided as an operational support tool. The operator aims to keep the system available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Uploads and synchronisation may depend on internet connection, browser, device and hosting conditions.

11. Changes to the service

The operator may update CleanLog to improve functionality, safety, stability, security or compliance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law of Slovakia, Bratislava Mestsky sud 3, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
